The Prasouda Diet Lifestyle

 

To get a sense of what it’s like to life the lifestyle of the Prasouda Diet, consider the following scenario:

6:00 a.m.

The bright sun is shining through the blinds in my window.  I get up and take a long stretch.  I feel good.  I head over to the kitchen in my apartment to get breakfast ready for my wife and I.  Today I’m in the mood for some yogurt with my whole grain pancakes.  I make a strawberry-banana smoothie for my wife.  My lunch is ready, prepared from the night before, and I pack it in the car for the drive.

8:30 a.m.

I make it to work just before the rest of my coworkers do.  I want to get a head start on my day.  The elevator is stuck, but that’s okay because I took the stairs.  I go over my notes from the day before and set down to work.  It’s going to be a great day.  I make sure to do my stretches before I sit down at my desk.

I’m feeling a little hungry.  Good thing my wife packed me some pecans that I can munch on.  God bless my wife.  This will keep me going until lunch time.

 

11:00 a.m.

I get caught up with friends at the office.  We share a laugh before the boss walks by.  She joins in on our conversation.  We have a great time chatting but sooner then you think it’s back to work.

12:00 p.m.

Prasouda Diet Lifestyle - Whole wheat linguine with tomatoes and cheese for lunch.It’s lunchtime.  I open up my lunch to find some tasty whole wheat linguine pasta in olive oil sauce.  I had sliced up some lean chicken breast and threw in some chopped tomatoes too, with a small amount of grated cheese.  Not too much of course, but I just wanted some nice flavor.

2:00 p.m.

My team makes a major breakthrough in a large project.  Everyone is ecstatic.  I can feel the energy dance around the room.  I’m feeling good and so is everyone around me.  It’s so great to have such positive emotions.

5:00 p.m.

Prasouda Diet Lifestyle - Free yourself from the stress of a traffic jam and take a walk.It’s time to go home.  Before I do, I take a walk for a couple of blocks around the office.  I listen to a few podcasts that I’ve been enjoying recently.  I watch the stressed faces of the people in their cars as they are stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic.  Not me, I’m happy to wait a little bit.

6:30 p.m.

I get home to find my wife waiting for me with dinner on the table.  A cornucopia of freshly steamed vegetables, coupled with baked salmon and avocado salad.  Don’t forget the olive oil.

9:30 p.m.

Prasouda Diet Lifestyle - Go to bed feeling great.I take a relaxing shower and check my weight on the scale.  I lost a few pounds over the last several weeks.  I smile at my progress.  I then settle in with my wife for bed.  We catch a little TV before we doze off to sleep.  I feel great, and life is good.
